To ensure that all the inspection, measuring and test equipment used in Production/quality control department are qualified, calibrated before validity for the same is expired.
To ensure that inspection and testing of the products at all the stages are carried out.
To ensure that all the inspection and test records are maintained to show evidence of conformity or non-conformity to the specified requirements.

Role: QA & QC Lead (Managerial Cadre - Manager/Sr. Manager)

Work Location: Indrad (Gujarat) - (Approx. 25 kms from Ahmedabad)

JD:
- Over-all responsibility of Quality Assurance & Quality control activity
- To ensure that all the inspection, measuring and test equipment used in Production/quality control department are qualified, calibrated before validity for the same is expired.
- To ensure that inspection and testing of the products at all the stages are carried out.
- To ensure that all the inspection and test records are maintained to show evidence of conformity or non-conformity to the specified requirements.
-To make necessary arrangements for customer/third party inspection, if any.
- Monitoring Effectiveness and closing of CAPA.
- Maintaining Quality Objectives of the dept. & report its status 
- Monitoring and implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System activities in the Plant.
- To Review the Quality System Documentation.
- To ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated within the organization
- To plan, co-ordinate and conduct Internal Quality Audits through a team of trained auditors.
- To take steps to ensure that the quality system is established implemented and maintained.
- To carry out liaison with external parties relating to the quality systems.
- To establish control of all documents.

Skill Set Required:
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Good Documentation Skills
- Good Exposure of leading the Audits.
- Instrument Knowledge: HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer.

Education Background: MSc.
Industry Preference: API/Chemical
