Although our operations are primarily online, we understand that technology also affects the environment. Data centers, energy consumption, and office supplies all come into the picture. That's why we strive to reduce our carbon footprint wherever possible.

We've partnered with eco-friendly web hosting businesses using renewable energy and energy-efficient data centers. With them, we conserve on the energy expenditure of every job posting you look at.

Going paperless is also a significant part of it. Everything is done electronically, including invoicing and communication, to avoid unnecessary printing and wastage. Wherever and whenever we operate offices, we recycle and minimize waste and make our operations as much in line with our environmental goals as possible.

We also hope to encourage awareness and good practice among our users through what we publish. Individual choices, when added together across a thousand job seekers and employers, can have a real impact.
