We’re expanding our core engineering team and looking for Senior Full Stack Developers who don’t just build apps, but understand how data, AI, and enterprise systems come together to create value at scale.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll:

Lead end-to-end development of scalable, modular, and secure applications that power Winpra’s AI-driven workflows.

Collaborate closely with our Data Science and Agentic AI Engineering teams to integrate ML models, vector databases, and advanced APIs into production-grade products.

Translate complex business requirements (real estate, construction, finance) into intuitive and high-performance web applications.

Ensure seamless pipelines between frontend dashboards, backend microservices, and AI-driven data flows.

Mentor mid-level and junior developers, setting best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and system design.

What we are looking for:

Must Have (Core Skills):

5–7 years of full-stack experience in React, Node.js/Express, Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

Strong foundation in TypeScript, REST APIs, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL/MySQL.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Proficiency in building modular architectures and integrating third-party APIs.

Solid grasp of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.

Nice to Have (Data + AI Alignment):

Familiarity with real-time data processing (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ).

Knowledge of real estate or fintech platforms and their workflows (bonus).
