Architect, design, develop, and productionize highly scalable, resilient, and performant microservices and API-based applications. You'll be instrumental in implementing Hexagonal Architecture and other modern architectural principles.
Develop and productionize API frameworks to ensure consistency, security, and reusability across all our services.
Mentor and coach a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvement. We believe in empowering our people, not managing them with an authoritarian "stick and carrot" approach.
Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications within an Agile Scrum framework.
Act as a hands-on problem-solver, navigating ambiguity and unstructured situations to drive projects to successful completion.
Champion best practices in code quality, system design, and security.
Explore and leverage AI to optimize workflows, maximize throughput, and elevate the quality of our engineering work, with a specific focus on Agentic AI.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations.

Qualifications and Experience

6-8+ years of hands-on experience in developing complex, scalable software applications.
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and productionizing APIs and API frameworks.
In-depth understanding and practical experience with Hexagonal Architecture principles.
Strong, diverse programming background with experience across multiple technologies such as Laravel (PHP), Python, Node.js, and Scala.
Solid grasp of architectural principles and design patterns.
Demonstrated experience working in and leading teams within an Agile Scrum environment.
Knowledge and experience with Agentic AI and its application in software development.
M.Tech/M.E. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant discipline. Alternatively, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or a B.E./B.Tech with exceptional and demonstrated experience may also be considered.
A strong plus: A history of participating in and winning programming skills hackathon challenges.
