Role Overview


Role and Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and operational goals.

* Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.


* Prepare and present reports on team performance and progress to management.


* Managing a team of KYC analysts who shall work on onboarding/periodic reviews.



Key skills & knowledge:


* 3+ years of experience in KYC, Onboarding, Or Periodic Reviews


* Minimum 4 years of experience in managing teams (Customer Onboarding/ Periodic Reviews).


* Knowledge of global KYC regulations and current trends.


* Experience working in End-to-End KYC reviews.


* Strong people management skills along with analytical and decision-making skills.


* Good communication skills.


* Strong Analytical skills and decision-making ability.
